Apartment for 6 persons, 100 sqm, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, own access from outside, with terrace and garden for sharing .

The kitchen and dining area contains a large, bespoke dining table with seating for eight people and space for a high-chair. Panoramic views of the Schlei can be seen through the large, west facing windows. Included are:

• induction cooker and oven

• dishwasher, tabs to start with

• large fridge with freezer compartment

• baking tins,

• toaster

• handheld mixer and blender

• no electric coffee maker, no electric kettle

• espresso-maker and cafetière

• vacuum cleaner

• dish towels

• Bread-roll-service if you wish

 

The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas from which you can enjoy the views west over the Schlei. For entertainment, the living area comes with:

• T.V.

• books

• board games

• music center with USB, Bluetooth, CD

 

The two double bedrooms are furnished with:

• a double bed each (1.8m x 2m)

• shelving units

• desk and chair

• bedding and sheets

• ironing board and iron

 

The third bedroom comes with as standard:

• a bunk-bed (0.9m x 2m)

• bedding

• toys and children´s books

A baby cot including bedding can be provided free of charge. On request we can arrange a babysitter for you.

 

The two bathrooms are fitted with flush floor shower facilities, wash basins and toilets. Also provided:

• bath and hand towels (per person)

• hair-dryer

• magnifying mirror

• Toilet paper to start with

 

The cellar comes with shared laundry facilities. Washing can be dried there. A gas grill can be used in consultation with the other guests. Sun loungers and parasols are available.

There is a wall box directly at the house.

The apartment has large windows so you can enjoy the view towards Schlei from the living area on the upper floor and also from the kitchen / dining area on the lower floor. The window areas are equipped with high-quality sun protection glazing, which at least partially keeps out the summer heat. There are also curtains on the inside of the windows, which can be drawn as glare protection.

Due to the susceptibility to wind, the house has no external sun protection. That means, especially in summer, when the outside temperatures are very high, the inside temperatures can also be correspondingly high. You can lower the indoor temperatures by ventilating the windows during the night and by using the curtains. However, due to the concept, higher internal temperatures cannot always be avoided. We ask you to take this into account when making your booking.
